Be sure to share the following with your\u00a0clients.<\/p>\n<p>We have a comprehensive network of <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/COM2138-0116_Urgent_Care.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Urgent Care Facilities<\/a> with several new urgent care providers that have recently come on board. Our network also includes various Walk-In Health Care Centers.<\/p>\n<p>Members can easily look up our full network of providers, including in-network Urgent Care Facilities and Walk-In Health Care Centers, by using our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hnedirect.com\/Provider_Lookup_Direct\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Find a Provider<\/a> search\u00a0tool found at the top of each page on our website at <a href=\"http:\/\/healthnewengland.org\" target=\"_blank\">healthnewengland.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the Provider search tool, use the \u201cSpecialties\u201d drop down menu to select either \u201cUrgent Care Facility\u201d or \u201cWalk-In Health Care Center\u201d and then click Search.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Health New England also provides a telehealth benefit through <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Teladoc_urgent-care-alt.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Teladoc\u00ae<\/a>. \u00a0Teladoc is a low-cost option included in plan benefits for members that may be appropriate for certain types of urgent care situations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Additional information is available about <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Choosing-the-Correct-Care_2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">how to choose the correct care<\/a> for your situation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Health New England offers several cost-effective alternatives to the emergency room for members needing urgent care.
