The pilot program runs November 1, 2016, through March 31, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>This program is designed to make it easy for you to help us grow our Medicare membership through referrals as your clients transition into retirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have clients who might be a good fit for Health New England\u2019s Medicare product, you can send us a referral.<\/li>\n<li>Clients should be living in the Health New England Massachusetts service area (Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties), and are or soon will be Medicare eligible.<br \/>\n\u203a\u00a0This program does not pertain to appointed Medicare brokers in Connecticut, Connecticut residents\/enrollees or commercial Medicare Employer Group Waiver Plans.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Client referrals can be made via the <a href=\"mailto:MedicareReferral@HNE.com\" target=\"_blank\">MedicareReferral@HNE.com<\/a> mailbox. Referrals must include:<br \/>\n\u203a A completed <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Medicare-Broker-Referral_fillable-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Medicare Broker Referral client demographic form<\/a><br \/>\n\u203a A signed <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Scope-of-Appt-Form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Scope of Appointment form<\/a> for each individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to working with you on this new program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Health New England has launched a Broker Referral pilot program for Medicare for Health New England commercial brokers.
