{"id":104,"date":"2010-04-09T14:06:07","date_gmt":"2010-04-09T19:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hnetalk.com\/Broker\/?p=104"},"modified":"2010-04-09T14:06:07","modified_gmt":"2010-04-09T19:06:07","slug":"update-on-premium-rate-lawsuit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/2010\/04\/09\/update-on-premium-rate-lawsuit\/","title":{"rendered":"Update on Premium Rate Lawsuit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you may know, the Division of Insurance has rejected the rates we filed for April of this year.\u00a0 HNE and other plans have brought suit to have that decision  set aside.\u00a0 We expect a preliminary ruling from Judge Neel of the Superior Court no later than the close of business on Monday, April 12.\u00a0 We hope the Judge\u2019s decision will clarify the rates we may quote while the legal process is continuing.\u00a0 HNE fully intends  to continue offering small group and individual insurance coverage, but we think it is important to obtain the Judge\u2019s ruling first.
