Our new portal is mobile friendly and offers even more tools and resources &#8211; like our Cost of Care Calculator and access to a doctor 24\/7 through Teladoc &#8211; to help members to manage their health care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Helpful tools &amp; resources on the member portal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cost of Care Calculator to estimate cost for medical procedures ahead of time<\/li>\n<li>Access to a doctor 24\/7 for non-urgent medical issues through Teladoc*<\/li>\n<li>Easy connectivity to wellness programs on our Healthy Directions web portal*<\/li>\n<li>Ability to submit wellness reimbursements online**<\/li>\n<li>View HealthEquity health savings account or health reimbursement arrangement balances in real time<br \/>\n<em>*Available only to select self-funded groups<\/em><br \/>\n<em> **Fully funded plan members only<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow the discontinuation of our mobile app affects members<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Existing materials encouraging members to download the app will be phased out, instead directing them to register for the new member portal.<\/li>\n<li>The app has been removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play.<\/li>\n<li>As of Feb.1, the app no longer functions.
