Codes moving from covered to experimental\/investigational<\/strong> <\/span><\/td>\n 10\/1\/2025<\/span><\/b><\/td>\nThe following changes will be made to the code set:<\/p>\n

  • CPT 87483 will be experimental\/investigational for all lines of business<\/li>\n
  • CPT 87506 and 87507 will be experimental\/investigational for the commercial and Medicaid\/MassHealth lines of business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
