While this change will have minimal impact on providers, the steps to submit authorizations requests through the portal will slightly change. To prepare, we invite you to attend one of our upcoming virtual training sessions (listed below). Additionally, while the portal is the most efficient method to request authorization, the following new phone and fax numbers for radiology and cardiology prior authorization requests will be effective as of January 1, 2025 &#8211; (Phone) 866-668-9659 and (Fax) 800-540-2406.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Virtual Health New England Migration Provider Orientation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What:<\/strong> A 30-60 minute informational session and demonstration of how to submit prior authorization requests through the new portal platform<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who:<\/strong> Designed specifically for provider office staff<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where:<\/strong> Virtual via WebEx<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates\/Times:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Friday, Dec. 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Register today:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"http:\/\/EviCore.webex.com\">http:\/\/EviCore.webex.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cWebEx Training\u201d from the menu bar on the top left.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201cUpcoming\u201d tab.<\/li>\n<li>Type \u201c<strong>Health New England Migration Provider Orientation<\/strong>\u201d into the search bar and click \u201cSearch\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cRegister\u201d next to the session you wish to attend, and enter your information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. <strong>Please keep the email so you have the WebEx link, meeting number, password, and call-in number for the session you will be attending.
