These appointments may be with an in-network PCP or licensed behavioral health counselor, and we requested you to bill the visit separately from the annual PCP visit. <strong><em>In addition, you may also perform these services with an established patient as a telehealth visit. However, if you decide to, we strongly recommend the use of video capabilities as opposed to a telephone assessment.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>*This may be applicable to some self-funded employer group members.
