As part of this process, all 837 claims files received after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 16, will be processed after the Platform upgrade, which is expected to be finalized by the morning of Monday, November 20, 2023. <em><strong>We will continue to accept claims and claims files throughout the upgrade period.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Claim Submission<\/strong><br \/>\nIn order to prepare for the upgrade, claims processing operations will cease temporarily after Thursday, November 16. We will continue to accept 837 claim files during this time and expect to resume our normal claims processing the morning of Monday, November 20, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reimbursement<\/strong><br \/>\nHealth New England will process claims, issue checks, and release Explanation of Payment (EOP) as per our normal schedule the week of November 13. You should expect to receive payment as normal during this week.<\/p>\n<p>During the week of November 20, Health New England will process claims, issue checks, and release Explanation of Payment (EOP) as per the normal schedule. You should expect to receive payment as usual during this week with the exception of any possible USPS delays due to the Thanksgiving holiday.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions about the information in this notice, please contact Health New England Provider Experience Department at (800) 842-4464, extension 5000.
