Most recently, we updated the <strong>Reimbursement and Claim Submission<\/strong> section, as well as the <strong>HNE BeHealthy Addendum<\/strong>. Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/healthnewengland.org\/provider-manual\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/healthnewengland.org\/provider-manual<\/a> to learn more.<\/p>\n<p>In the Billing and Reimbursement section, <a href=\"http:\/\/healthnewengland.org\/providers\/provider-manual\/billing-reimbursement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/healthnewengland.org\/providers\/provider-manual\/billing-reimbursement<\/a>, under<em><strong> Reimbursement and Claims Submission<\/strong><\/em>, we added clarification on the reimbursement term \u201clesser of\u201d under the \u201cscope of service\u201d paragraph on the first page of this section. This language may, at times, apply when care is provided by a provider not contracted with Health New England.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, as mentioned in a special edition notice, Health New England will continue to participate in the Accountable Care Partnership Plan, otherwise known as the BeHealthy Partnership program. With the continuation, effective April 1, 2023, we have made current the addendum to the manual.
