When services are performed that are not covered nor approved, including those provided on the same day ancillary to a not covered or approved service, this may result in a denial of payment.<\/p>\n<p>To understand our members\u2019 benefits, our Member Services team is always available to assist. Please call (800) 842-4464. To know what services require an authorization, please refer to our Behavioral Health\/Medical policies at <a href=\"https:\/\/healthnewengland.org\/Providers\/Resources\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/healthnewengland.org\/Providers\/Resources<\/a> or call our Health Services\/Behavioral Health teams at (800) 842-4464.
