Social Assistance\/Community Services for our Members<\/h3>\n

Health New England, in partnership with our parent company Baystate Health, is now able to provide a resource to connect our members facing social needs to programs that serve them. We can do this with dignity and ease.<\/p>\n

Effective November 1, 2021, your patients, our members facing social needs, will have access to Aunt Bertha, a social care network referral platform. By visiting www.healthnewengland.auntbertha.com<\/a> and entering their zip code, the member and those taking care of them can gain access to referral programs. These programs range from clothing, food, and housing assistance to helpful information on financial and legal support. This referral platform makes it easy for our member and those taking care of them to find the programs they need.<\/p>\n
