Our members must receive in-plan services from an Optum Physical Health acupuncturist. Our members can find an in-plan provider in HNE\u2019s provider directory, and they are responsible for any Member Cost Sharing based on the plan they have selected. For PPO members, they may receive out-of-plan services, but it must be from a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac).
