Upon successful credentialing and enrollment of each provider, we will update our online provider directory at healthnewengland.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n In addition, we continue to maintain our strong relationship with Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA, which is a part of Trinity Health Of New England, and includes the following in-network facilities:<\/p>\n \u2022 Mercy Medical Center<\/p>\n \u2022 Providence Behavioral Health Hospital<\/p>\n \u2022 Weldon Rehabilitation Hospital at Mercy Medical Center<\/p>\n \u2022 Brightside at Providence Behavioral Health Hospital<\/p>\n \u2022 Life Laboratories<\/p>\n In addition to the above hospitals and physicians, Health New England has contracted with Quest Diagnostics to offer members more convenient locations to have lab work done.<\/p>\n Effective July 1, 2020, members now can access Quest Diagnostics laboratory drawing stations in New England, including all of Massachusetts and Connecticut. This expansion applies to our fully-funded and self-funded commercial HMO and PPO networks, our Medicare HMO and HMO-POS networks, and our BeHealthy Partnership plan.<\/p>\n Members can find a Quest Diagnostics laboratory drawing station in MA and parts of CT using the \u201cFind a Provider\u201d tool at healthnewengland.org<\/a>.
