Report in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n<p>a) Report to Health New England Compliance: <a href=\"mailto:compliancedepartment@hne.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compliancedepartment@hne.com<\/a>.<br \/>\nb) Call the Health New England Compliance hotline toll-free at (800) 453-3959, 24 hours, seven days a week (reports can be made anonymously).<br \/>\nc) Potential fraud may also be reported directly to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Hotline:<br \/>\n\u2022 Phone: (800) HHS-TIPS or (800) 447-8477 TTY: (800) 377-4950<br \/>\n\u2022 Fax: (800) 223-8164<br \/>\n\u2022 Mail: US Department of Health and Human Services<br \/>\nOffice of the Inspector General<br \/>\nAttn: OIG Hotline Operations<br \/>\nPO Box 23489<br \/>\nWashington, DC 20026<\/p>\n<h3>Annual Compliance Training:<\/h3>\n<p>Medicare Providers must complete Compliance and FWA training that meets the requirements outlined in Chapter 21 of the Medicare Managed Care Manual and, at a minimum, includes:<br \/>\n1. Code of Ethics\/Standards of Conduct;<br \/>\n2. A method for reporting compliance concerns;<br \/>\n3.
