{"id":4689,"date":"2019-05-28T17:13:57","date_gmt":"2019-05-28T17:13:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/provider\/?p=4689"},"modified":"2019-05-28T17:13:57","modified_gmt":"2019-05-28T17:13:57","slug":"changes-to-benefits-for-our-commercial-fully-funded-members","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/provider\/changes-to-benefits-for-our-commercial-fully-funded-members\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes to Benefits for our Commercial Fully Funded Members"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Effective July 1, 2019, the following covered benefits for our Fully Funded Commercial members will be\u00a0adjusted:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sleep Studies \u2013 the limit of two sleep studies per calendar year is removed.<\/li>\n<li>Maternity Admissions to Out-of-Plan and PHCS Hospitals for PPO and POS Plans only require\u00a0prior authorization. Without prior approval, you may have a reduction of benefit.<\/li>\n<li>Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing \u2013 coverage is no longer limited to one test per member per lifetime. Health New England will cover the costs for testing for A, B, or DR antigens, or any\u00a0combination of those. All other uses of HLA testing are covered when Medically Necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Disorder Services through Teladoc\u00ae benefit is being added for members age 18 and older, non-emergency issues. The following covered benefit was adjusted recently, and we are communicating to our members in the upcoming April 2019 notice.<\/li>\n<li>Compression Stockings \u2013 up to three pairs of Medically Necessary compression stockings per calendar year will be covered but prior approval is required.
