Historically, the queue was open 9:00 a.m. &#8211; 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. &#8211; 3:00 p.m. In order to provide the highest standard of provider satisfaction we strive for, the queue hours have been extended. Claims Queue representatives will be available 9:00 a.m. &#8211; 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) to take your claims related calls.<\/p>\n<p>You can call the Provider Claims Queue at (800) 842-4464, ext 5026, with your general claim inquiries. As a reminder, participating providers are able to sign up for HNEDirect, our secure web portal, which is available 24\/7.
