A representative is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Health New England\u2019s 2017 formularies are now available on <a href=\"http:\/\/healthnewengland.org\" target=\"_blank\">healthnewengland.org<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The online formularies are updated throughout the year as changes are made. We have three formularies, one for each line of business \u2013 Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Be Healthy. Each formulary includes the tier assignment for each drug and any drug-specific medication management requirements, including quantity limitations, step therapy requirements and prior authorization requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, the following medications have been reviewed: Bevespi, Nuplazid, Ocaliva, Xiidra and Zinbryta.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage our providers to utilize our online formulary, which is accessible on <a href=\"http:\/\/healthnewengland.org\" target=\"_blank\">healthnewengland.org<\/a> and available for all users without a login name or password.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please read the following update related to various Health New England programs and changes that may have an impact on your patients and\/or your practice.
