Help us validate our provider\/pharmacy directory information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Accurate provider\/pharmacy directories are critical to helping our members make educated decisions about their plan choices. Health New England offers an online directory for all of our products. In addition, hard copies of each directory are available upon request.<\/p>\n<p>In an effort to support both CMS and NCQA requirements, we are reaching out to our in-network providers on a quarterly basis to validate information. We are asking for validation of at least the following information: address, phone number, office hours, and availability to new patients.<\/p>\n<p>Please communicate any updates to Health New England in one of the following three ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit our Forms library at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthnewengland.org\/forms\" target=\"_blank\">healthnewengland.org\/forms<\/a>. Click on the \u201cProviders\u201d tab, then \u201cMost Used\u201d and choose the \u201cProvider Information Change Form.\u201d This form can also be accessed directly <a href=\"http:\/\/hcasma.org\/attach\/Provider_Information_Change_Form.PDF\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Email our Provider Enrollment team directly at <a href=\"mailto:penrollment@hne.com\">penrollment@hne.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Log into HNEDirect at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hnedirect.com\" target=\"_blank\">hnedirect.com<\/a>.
