It has come to our attention that there may be confusion in Provider offices regarding what type of plans HNE is offering through the Connector, based on language on their ID cards (an example is below). The ID cards state “Massachusetts Health Connector” on the upper right hand corner but that does not mean these plans are Mass Health Plans. All <\/strong>HNE plans offered through the Connector are an extension of our Commercial line of business. As long as you are a contracted Provider for our Commercial line of business, you can see these members.<\/p>\n
