In 2014, HNE will be reviewing medical records for the following HEDIS measures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adult Body Mass Index (BMI) assessment<\/li>\n<li>Childhood immunization status<\/li>\n<li>Cholesterol management for patients with cardiovascular conditions<\/li>\n<li>Colorectal cancer screening<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive diabetes care<\/li>\n<li>Control of high blood pressure<\/li>\n<li>Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) for female adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Immunizations for adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Prenatal and postpartum care<\/li>\n<li>Frequency of ongoing prenatal care (Medicaid only)<\/li>\n<li>Weight assessment and counseling on nutrition and physical activity for children and adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Lead Screening in children (Medicaid only)<\/li>\n<li>Well-child visits in the first 15 months of lLife (Medicaid only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the next few weeks, you may receive a letter requesting copies of medical records.
