HCAS has worked with CAQH to make this important change that should streamline the process for document submission.<\/p>\n<p>Providers will be able to email electronic copies of their supporting documentation (i.e. Authorization Attestation and Release forms, Professional Liability Insurance Policy Face Sheets, DEA certificates, etc.). Providers submitting supporting documents via email will be asked to utilize an Email Cover Sheet, which is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/upd.caqh.org\/OAS\/\">https:\/\/upd.caqh.org\/OAS\/<\/a> under the &#8220;Attachments&#8221; tab.
