Reminder to Be Healthy Providers

This is a reminder to all physicians that have been receiving enhanced rates under ACA Section 1202: these enhanced rates expire effective 12/31/14.

Please note that for dates of service January 1, 2015 and forward, payment will be made reflecting the unenhanced, contracted physician rates.
