Reminder: Nuclear Cardiology Studies Require Prior Authorization

This is a reminder from our November 2015 mailing that, beginning 01/01/2016, Nuclear Cardiology Studies performed in an outpatient hospital setting will now require prior authorization. Prior authorization must be obtained from eviCore (formerly MedSolutions) prior to services being rendered.
