We understand that there instances where a provider may need to change their demographics. Please note, it is important to keep HNE aware of any changes involving telephone numbers, financial and physical addresses, hospital affiliations, tax identification numbers, coverage arrangements and panel status as this could affect claims processing and our provider directory.
