Provider Claims Queue Extending Hours

Your concerns over Health New England’s Provider Claims Queue have been recognized. Historically the Provider Claims Queue was open from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. In order to provide the highest standard of provider satisfaction, we are extending the Provider Claims Queue hours effective March 01, 2017. Provider Claims representatives will be available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. EST through 5:00 p.m. EST to take your claim related calls.
You can reach the Provider Claims Queue by calling (800) 842-4464, ext 5026. The Provider Claims Queue is available to answer general claim inquiries. As a reminder, participating providers are able to sign up for HNEDirect, our secure web portal, which is available 24/7 to: view claim status, submit eClaims, check member eligibility, obtain reports (negative balances, EOPs, PCP panel lists) as well as change provider demographic information.
