Payment Policies

As your business partner, HNE is committed to providing you with the tools and information you need to deliver high quality care to our members. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to announce that we are now posting our Payment Policies in the Provider Section of HNE.com. The section will incorporate both new and existing policies. For new policies, the effective date will be indicated and will incorporate 60 days prior notice. Following the launch of this resource, HNE will begin posting a set of policies which will continue to grow as we continue to upload both existing and new policies to this section for your ease of reference.
