Drug Look Up Tool 2022 Update

Effective 1/1/2022, for our Commercial and Medicaid members, Health New England is following others in the industry and moving our formulary look up tool to OptumRx. You should be familiar with the tool if you provide service to our Medicare Advantage members. If you do not, this will still be an easy transition. In addition, you will still need to go to https://healthnewengland.org/pharmacy/find-drug for clinical criteria/policies, medication request forms and formulary booklets.
Additionally, beginning 1/1/2022, we will be moving certain groups/members to a 5-tier formulary in the Commercial product line, so you will see links for 3-tier and 5-tier on the https://healthnewengland.org/pharmacy/find-drug page.
