To ensure that you receive appropriate referrals and that your information is published correctly in Health New England’s materials, we need your help to verify your information as follows:
• General office information
• Whether you are accepting new patients
• Office hours, including the availability of evening and weekend appointments
• Your diagnostic and treatment modality specialties
