Attention Medicare Advantage Providers

CMS is now requiring all Medicare Advantage Plans reach out to providers on a quarterly basis to verify the accuracy of information listed in the health plan’s directory. Beginning in 2016, Health New England will begin sending a monthly email to providers listed in the directory as a reminder to check your online directory information. HNE asks that you verify all information listed in the directory, but please pay particular attention to such items as open/closed panel status, street address, and phone number.
