Health New England (HRA) Health Risk Assessment Announcement

Please be informed that Health New England will be discontinuing the Health Risk Assessment pilot program due to lack of provider engagement. At this time, HNE will put into place a 90 day submittal period taking effect as of March 3, 2015 – May 29, 2015. This will allow providers the opportunity to continue to submit the HRA form before the dissolution of the program.

We would like to thank all of the providers who participated in the Health Risk Assessment program. We realize the excellent quality of care that you provide to our members and the hard work and effort that you put into our HRA pilot program. The Risk Adjustment Department at Health New England is looking forward to the continuation of collaboration between providers and health care professionals to provide the most current information in regards to risk adjustment coding for our HNE members.
