Blood Pressure and Exercise
Tuesday, August 13, 4:00–5:30 p.m.
Baystate Health Education Center, 361 Whitney Ave., Holyoke, MA
Join Heidi Szalai, MA, ACSM-CEP, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and the team from Baystate Cardiac Rehabilitation Care for a discussion about what happens to blood pressure when we exercise. Learn about exercises, and join the team for a short walk after the presentation.

The Balancing Act–Fall Prevention & Awareness

Autumn Festival—Wellness in The Third Act

Join us for keynote presenters Patricia Peters Martin, MS, PhD, and Helene De Montreux Houston, MS, APRN, who will discuss their new book Well-Come to Retirement: Thriving in Your Third Act. Hear their tips for aging well, such as taking a personal lifestyle inventory, and living longer with friends. In addition, free health screenings will be provided by Health New England and flu shots will also be available. Boxed lunch will be served.
