One of our longtime employer groups, The Children’s Study Home, every year has many options when selecting a health plan. However, The Children’s Study Home has chosen to stay with Health New England for more than a decade because they know we’ll be there for them when they need us.
The Children’s Study home has often let us know how very happy they are with us – especially when they call to speak with our Member Services team. They told us that they appreciate having a friendly voice on the other side when they reach out to us with issues or concerns.
