When you go to a Hearing Care Solutions provider you can get a complete hearing aid evaluation at no charge. You can also receive a retail savings on hearing aids at four technology levels, (entry, value, advanced, and premium levels).
In addition, as a Health New England Medicare Advantage member, you can take advantage of HCS’s Customer Care Program that provides the following services:
1. Three year warranty, including loss and damage
2. Two year supply of batteries (up to 128 cells)
3. Thirty day hearing aid evaluation period
4. In-office servicing at no charge for one year after purchase
