Member Portal – Sign Up Today! (Self-Funded)

Need help managing your health care? Make it easier on yourself by registering for our secure online Member Portal. Simply go to my.HealthNewEngland.org to register and log in. Once you register, you can take advantage of the following helpful features in one convenient location:
- Access key information such as Coverage, Benefit Details, Claims, Provider Search and Forms using the main navigation menu.
- Review your coverage on the easy-to-read dashboard of your deductibles and most recent claims for the member and each dependent, if any.
- Get to Teladoc®,* Wellness Reimbursement Form (printable), Health Programs, Cost of Care Calculator, Pharmacy Benefits,** and more from the dashboard.
- View your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) on the Claims page.***
- Manage your mailing preferences in the Member Preferences option in the dropdown next to your name in the top navigation bar.
If you’re enrolled in a high deductible health plan, you have single sign-on access to your health savings account (HSA) information.
And, while you are logged in, you can give us your email address. With your email address on file, you will get periodic emails from Health New England with important information about health, benefits and wellness topics.
*Does not apply to all self-funded members – not all self-funded employer groups participate in Teladoc.
**Pharmacy benefit information only applies to members with prescription coverage through Health New England.
