Invite to User Testing

Hello! Are you a member of a Health New England (HNE) commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid (Be Healthy) health insurance plan? If so, we’d like to invite you to participate in user testing of our on-line Provider Search on hne.com.

Testing will be conducted through an on-line tool through a website called Usertesting.com.

To be an online tester, you must meet two requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years old
2. You must have your own PC or Mac (Mac OS X 10.7 or higher) and a broadband Internet connection. You can record your voice with a microphone or by telephone.

If you participate in the online testing, we will pay you for your time! We’ll show you how you can participate in this easy test from the comfort of your home, and be reimbursed for your efforts!

1. Your first and last name
2. Your email address
3. Please include the words User Testing in the Subject line of your email

Please note that submitting this e-mail does not guarantee that you will be selected as a tester. Testing spots may be limited.
