Improved Health Assessment on WebMD ONE® Portal

Beginning in January 2022, Health New England’s Healthy Directions portal, powered by WebMD ONE^®, will be getting an upgraded Health Assessment tool for a better member experience. Changes include a new, 15-minute survey with questions related to a participant’s health, lifestyle and overall well-being, and a redesigned results page with an overall health score and risk level for each health behavior based on the latest scientific guidelines. Health risks will be prioritized, which helps participants focus on areas most appropriate for them to change.
