Newly Redesigned, Easy to Use
Healthcare can be complex, but managing your healthcare benefits shouldn’t be. Health New England is making things easier for you with our all-new member portal, my.HealthNewEngland.org.
The new portal offers simple language, straightforward menu options, and easy access from any device – smartphone, tablet or computer.
Visit my.HealthNewEngland.org and register today! my.HealthNewEngland.org replaces our previous HNEDirect member portal and registration is easy. You’ll need to register for access – even if you have registered for HNEDirect in the past. Be sure to have your HNE ID card ready.
myHealthNewEngland Member Portal – Top 10 Highlights
1. Quickly access your recently processed medical and pharmacy claims
2. Easily see your family’s deductibles on the home screen
3. Search for a provider and find out who is accepting new patients
4. View your HealthEquity health savings account or health reimbursement arrangement balances in real time (if applicable)
5. Set communications preferences and alerts
6. Designate other members on your policy to access claim information
7. View or print a temporary ID card
8. Securely send messages to Health New England directly on the portal
9. Access the Healthy Directions Web-portal1, Teladoc2 and Cost-of-Care Calculator with single sign-on

“Our focus on an integrated digital experience gives you easy access to the information you need so you can better manage your healthcare,” says Steven Webster, director of Marketing & Digital Strategy at Health New England. “We have added the tools that our members have been asking for, while continuing to provide the service you’ve come to expect from Health New England.”
Another new feature is that Explanation of Benefits (EOB) are now available online. Previously, EOBs were mailed to members. If you would still like to receive paper EOBs, you must make this selection on the portal or you can request them by calling Member Services.
