Health Care Surveys are Coming

Every spring, randomly selected Medicare beneficiaries are sent the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, which asks questions about your health care and services you receive. If you receive a survey, please take the time to complete it. Completing your CAHPS survey is crucial for personalized care. Your input shapes the future of your health plan.
Online Survey Option
This year, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is making it easier to share your experiences through a new online survey option, in addition to paper and phone surveys. In order to get the online survey option, your email address is needed. To ensure Health New England has your correct email address, please log into your Member Portal account at my.healthnewengland.org or call Member Services at (877) 443-3314 (TTY: 711), 8:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m., Monday—Friday (Oct. 1—Mar. 31: 8:00 a.m.—8:00 p.m./7 days a week).
