Stay heart healthy and lower your risk for developing heart disease by following some simple steps:
• Eat healthy foods
• Exercise regularly
• Maintain a healthy weight
• Control blood pressure and cholesterol
• Manage stress
• Quit smoking, if you smoke
• Limit alcohol consumption
