Expanded Provider Network—Find Out Who’s “In”

Accessing the health care you need is getting much easier as our network has grown with newly added providers:

• Trinity Health Of New England Hospitals in Connecticut
• SOHO Health Physicians
• Quest Diagnostics Laboratories

Trinity Health Of New England Hospitals & SOHO Health Physicians
We are excited to announce that we have expanded our provider network to include Trinity Health Of New England’s Connecticut hospitals and their physician network known as SOHO Health (Southern New England Healthcare Organization).* This expansion applies to our fully-funded and self-funded commercial HMO and PPO networks, and our Medicare HMO and HMO-POS networks.

As of August 1, 2020, the following Trinity Health Of New England facilities in Connecticut became part of our network:

In addition, we continue to maintain our strong relationship with Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA, which is a part of Trinity Health Of New England, and includes the following in-network facilities:

• Providence Behavioral Health Hospital
• Weldon Rehabilitation Hospital at Mercy Medical Center
• Brightside at Providence Behavioral Health Hospital
• Life Laboratories

*Please note: Not all physicians affiliated with Trinity Health Of New England hospitals are included; only SOHO Health physicians are part of this expansion. SOHO Health is comprised of 1,700+ primary and specialty care physicians.

Quest Diagnostics Laboratory Drawing Stations
In addition to the above hospitals and physicians, Health New England has contracted with Quest Diagnostics to offer members more convenient locations to have lab work done.

As of July 1, 2020, members can access Quest Diagnostics laboratory drawing stations in New England, including all of Massachusetts and Connecticut. This expansion applies to our fully funded and self-funded commercial HMO and PPO networks, our Medicare HMO and HMO-POS networks, and our BeHealthy Partnership plan.
