Expanded Network: Worcester-Area Providers and More Labs

In case you missed it, our network is expanding! In addition to our Western MA, Northern CT, and Southern VT in-network providers, we have hundreds of health care providers in our commercial network who are in the Worcester, MA area. And, we’re adding more on a regular basis. Click here to do a Provider Search.
We also have several hospitals in Worcester and Middlesex Counties in our network for easy access to care. Check out our in-network Hospital Map.
We have added new diagnostic laboratory locations to our network as well, including Quest Diagnostics and Laboratory Corporation (Labcorp).
- Quest Diagnostics Laboratory Drawing Stations
Since July 2020, Quest Diagnostics Laboratory Drawing Stations in New England are in-network, including those in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont and New Hampshire. This gives you additional convenient locations to have lab work done. Find a nearby Quest Diagnostics location. - Labcorp Locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut
As of March 1, 2021, Labcorp is now part of our network for diagnostic laboratory services in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Find a MA or CT Labcorp location.
In addition, in August 2020, we added Trinity Health Of New England’s Connecticut hospitals and their physician network known as SOHO Health (Southern New England Healthcare Organization).* And, we continue to maintain our strong relationship with Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA, which is a part of Trinity Health Of New England, and includes the following in-network facilities:
- Mercy Medical Center
- Providence Behavioral Health Hospital
- Weldon Rehabilitation Hospital at Mercy Medical Center
- Brightside at Providence Behavioral Health Hospital
- Life Laboratories
