HNE has some great, free online tools for you . They are easy to use and will help you get the information you need. Here’s how to find them.
HNE Mobile App
Get your HNE ID card on your Smartphone!; Now you will never forget it and you won’t have to wait for a printed card in the mail!
- Go to hne.com
- Click “Members” on the left
- Click “Get Our Mobile App” on the bottom right
See and Print Your Claims
Sign up for HNE Direct and you can see all of your claims online and print them out at any time.

- Click “HNE Direct” on the right to register
Cost of Care Estimator
Use this online tool to predict what your medical costs will be for the treatments you need.

- Click “Members” on the left
- Click “Cost of Care Estimator” on the top, next to “Welcome”
Personalized Health Tips
Healthy Directions is a free online program for HNE members. You can complete a personal health risk assessment to find out what health problems you could be at risk for and how to improve your overall health status. Once you finish the health assessment, sign up to receive free health tips tailored just for you.

Research Drugs on hne.com
Look up information about different types of prescription drugs. You can find out:
- what is covered,
- the amounts are sold,
- if authorization is needed,
- if the drug is available through mail order,
- if you can get it filled every 90 days instead of having to do it every single month!
You can also fill out forms to request a prescription.
