Teladoc for General Medical Services*
Health New England members have access to Teladoc* — anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — for virtual urgent care visits. Cost share may apply depending on your plan.

With Teladoc, you can request a phone, mobile app or online video consultation. Teladoc physicians can treat many non-emergency medical issues, including:

• Cold and flu symptoms, allergies, sinus problems
• Sore throat, respiratory infection, skin problems
• Short-term prescriptions and more!

Please note that Teladoc should not be used for treatment of chronic conditions and is not intended to replace your PCP.

Teladoc for Behavioral Health Services*
In addition, some Health New England plans give you access to Teladoc Behavioral Health services, which give members access to a network of over 3,000 licensed therapists.* This allows for convenient appointments for virtual therapy and counseling services, including medication management with psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Licensed therapists are available to treat a wide variety of behavioral health issues, including:

• Depression, anxiety, PTSD
• Addiction, grief counseling, life changes
• Work pressures, stress, marital or family issues
• LGBTQ issues, and more

NOTE: Teladoc doesn’t offer a crisis hotline. Appointments must be scheduled.
