Answering Your Questions and Meeting Your Needs

Health New England is committed to improving the health status of our members. We believe in treating each member as an individual. We understand that each of our members has specific health needs and interests. If you have any questions or concerns about your health, come talk with us. When you do, you can depend on hearing the warm voice of someone who really cares about meeting your health needs.
Ask Your Case Manager
Any HNE member can speak with a case manager about questions regarding specific medical conditions or healthcare issues. Just call Member Services at 413-787-4004 or 800-842-4464 and ask to speak with a Case Manager.
Ask-a-Nurse Hotline
If you have a health question, you can call our ask-a-nurse hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The nurse will give you advice on what you can do about the problem right away, and whether you need to go see a doctor. Call 1-800-842-4464, press 2 for HNE members and then press option 4.
Member Services
Member Services can answer questions about your insurance benefits. Just call Member Services at 413-787-4004 or 800-842-4464 to speak with a Member Services representative.
Walk In and We’ll Help You
All HNE members are welcome to visit our office and ask to speak with someone for help. You don’t even need an appointment. Just come when our office is open, 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday.
