2017 Health Care Coverage Tax Forms
Posted on January 4, 2018
Please note: An error occurred on the 1099-HC Health Care Coverage tax forms that Health New England recently mailed to members. Please be aware that the first number of the Health New England FID number (box 2) should be “0.” The FID number is usually a nine-digit number required for tax filling. The FID number listed in box 2 is only eight digits because the “0” was omitted at the beginning of the number. When filing your taxes, please insert a “0” before the “4” at the beginning of the FID number. We apologize for this error.
Below is a breakdown of mailing schedules and tax form types.
