All or nothing?

Not when it comes to exercise. Strive for balance instead. If you can’t fit in a solid 30-minute block of exercise today, try three 10-minute increments, such as three short, brisk walks during the day, or even just one ten-minute walk. This will still improve your fitness and is better than not doing anything at all. So let go of all or nothing thinking—it’s the ultimate saboteur!
