Not So Rugged

I noticed that the last few weeks I have let up on my training, heck I’ve been down right slacking off.
The other night at my work out I was going through the passes when it came to me. October 2nd will be here sooner than I think. So while running n a circle and in between push up drills. I started to re motivate myself.
I started thinking “Rugged Maniac, Rugged Maniac, Rugged Maniac”. I started imagining I was running the course. Usually during these warm ups I try pacing myself for the next hour and a half of possible squats, push ups, fighting drills or whatever else my intstructor has in mind. It wasn’t long before I found myself trying a little harder, going a little faster and pushing myself more.
Every now and then we may find ourselves off track. Find your way back.
