We are changing our appearance, and renewing our commitment to quality and outstanding service.

\nWe have been meeting the health care needs of our communities for more than 30 years. And now we\u2019re\u00a0renewing our commitment to our members and business partners through our all new logo and brand\u00a0promise: \u201cWhere you matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

We will refer to ourselves by our full name, Health New England, more often than HNE, and we will be\u00a0simplifying the way you see us by using one unified Health New England logo for all communications.<\/p>\n

The shape of our new logo represents the things that we strive to be every day: a health plan partner that\u00a0is always caring, thoughtful and committed to quality. The visuals below show how the logo brings these\u00a0ideas to life.<\/p>\n

When will I start seeing the new logo?<\/strong>
\nYou can expect to see our new logo regularly beginning in February 2016, although there still may be some\u00a0places where you see our old HNE logo over the next several months as we work through this transition.\u00a0We are also updating and improving our website, healthnewengland.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t have to do anything.<\/strong> This change has no impact on your organization\u2019s current plan or benefits.\u00a0Just remember that, as always, we are here for you and our commitment to you is as strong as ever.\u00a0We have included frequently asked questions below\u00a0your convenience. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS<\/h2>\n

While you don\u2019t need to take any action, here are some answers to questions you may have:

\nWill member ID cards change?<\/strong>
\nWe are working to add the new Health New England logo to our ID cards and will send new ID cards to members at a future date. In the meantime, your employees\u2019 existing ID cards will still work. Your employees will receive new ID cards if they make changes to their plan, such as adding a dependent. If you are part of a self-funded group whose ID cards do not have a\u00a0Health New England logo on them, they will not change.<\/p>\n

Are your plan names changing?<\/strong>
\nNo. Our plan names will not be changing.<\/p>\n

Are your websites changing?<\/strong>
\nYes. We are launching a new and improved website. Our website URL will be changing\u00a0from hne.com<\/a> to healthnewengland.org<\/a>. However, either web address will work after 2\/1\/16.<\/p>\n

If your employees use our new member portal my.healthnewengland.org<\/a> to manage plan information, they should continue to do so. It will be updated with the new logo. There will be no other changes.<\/p>\n

Our employer blog, HNETalk (hnetalk.com\/employer<\/a>), and employer portal, HNEDirect\u00a0(hnedirect.com<\/a>) will both be updated with our new logo, but their functionality and respective\u00a0URLs will remain the same.<\/p>\n

Will the new logo be on all of your communications going forward?<\/strong>
\nWhile the new logo will be on many of the communications you and your employees receive going forward, some items may still have our old logo on it while we work through this transition over the next several months.<\/p>\n

Are your enrollment forms and materials changing?<\/strong>
\nYes. We are updating all of our enrollment materials including enrollment forms and kits with our new logo. We will supply new materials as we work through this transition. You can continue to use any existing material in the interim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
