This program allows individuals who earn up to 138% of the federal poverty level to qualify for MassHealth insurance. People who work part-time or are seasonal workers, as well as people who are students and working part-time, may now qualify.<\/p>\n<p>Many employers have people working for them who may qualify for these benefits.
