In her role as COO, McCaffrey was responsible for overseeing Marketing and Business Development, Information Technology and Sales. \u00a0As President &amp; CEO, she sits on the Baystate Health President\u2019s Cabinet under the leadership of Mark Tolosky, BH President &amp; CEO.<\/p>\n<p>McCaffrey takes the leadership of the organization at both an exciting and challenging time in health care. \u201cFor HNE that means we are certain to face more change.\u00a0 The opportunities ahead for HNE are significant, but to seize them, we must focus clearly, move faster and continue to transform. \u00a0I look forward to leading this transformation.\u00a0 I am honored to have been chosen to lead this incredible company.\u201d \u00a0What remains the same?
